2. When there are a lot of vegetables and a lot of plants, walking naked there relieves a lot of tension and stress and the need for rest at night is fulfilled.

3. When you walk in the morning the oxygen level in your body improves.



4. By looking at green plants during the walk your eyes become fresh.  5. By taking a morning walk you lose weight and remain healthy.

6. By taking a morning walk you remain happy the whole day and you can do all the work without getting tired.

7. By taking a morning walk your legs become strong. You can run for a day easily.



8. By taking a morning walk you will get to see the best views, sometimes the sound of birds and sometimes the clear sky.
