How to lose weight.

 

We'll come to new blog today's blog How to lose weight. How to lose your fat body smartly by eating only things at home. I am sharing some tips.



1 Make your diet plan where you eat more calories. Eat less of it. In the morning time eat only 2 bread slices or 2 eggs, skip coffee and have green tea.

In the afternoon eat fruits or dry fruits, healthy vegetables, do not eat oily cheese, which will increase your fat.
Evening diet plan: 1 roti with carry fresh vegetables with it, take it along with you and have healthy juice.
2 , go for morning walk and workout in gym.



3. Drink a glass of hot water with 2 tablespoons of honey every morning, which will reduce your fat.
4. Sleep less, just for 7 hours, but do not sleep too much.
5. Stay happy and keep your mood fresh.
6. Eat boiled vegetables or salad. Like cucumber, radish, carrot, broccoli, chard, etc.
